Hi, I’m Dr. Letitia. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in understanding the whole person, not just the problem. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, valued, and empowered to work toward emotional wellness and personal growth.
I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and substance use challenges while Supporting clients build healthier coping skills, confidence, and balance in their everyday lives.
